If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Babyboofashionc will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label when available.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact us at info@babyboofashionc.shop as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
